It is conveniently located close to BART, and next to Highway 24 and I-680, with access to the entire Diablo Valley and Bay Area.

  • Nearly 9,000 people commute in to Lafayette for work, while the same number leave to return home.   • Young people who grew up in Lafayette need housing so they can stay in or return to live in the community. Parents and grandparents appreciate the younger generations being able to live closer to home.

New Housing to Ease Local Traffic
